Located adjacent to the Garrahy Courthouse, the seven-level parking structure provides one level of secure underground parking for judges and six levels of above-grade parking for court personnel and the public. The project also features ground-floor mercantile space along Richmond Street.
Major scope items included deep excavation, ground improvements, precast concrete construction, curtain wall systems, decorative stainless steel mesh screens, and a phenolic wall panel façade. Designed by Walker Parking Consultants, the garage plays a key role in the continued revitalization of downtown Providence.
