The Southern Public Safety Complex consolidates essential services for the Rhode Island State Police in the southern region. The complex includes police barracks, a 2,500-square-foot support outbuilding, and comprehensive site upgrades with utilities across the 16-acre campus.
It features master-planned utility infrastructure and modern training spaces, including classrooms, challenge courses, a shooting range, overnight accommodations, and a dedicated K-9 facility.
Replacing facilities originally constructed in the 1930s, the new complex supports increased operational efficiency and enhanced community service.
