Women in Construction Week may have wrapped up, but the conversation doesn’t end there.

We’re proud to continue highlighting the women who help shape our company. Today we're featuring Marketing Communications Manager Sara Bollwage. Since joining Dimeo Construction Company, Sara has become a leader in how we communicate our work, combining curiosity, persistence, and a deep commitment to understanding the industry she represents.

Sara believes progress requires participation and encourages everyone to ask questions, keep learning, and speak up when inequities arise.

Women in Construction Week gives us an opportunity to recognize the incredible women across our industry and reflect on the progress that continues to shape construction for the better.

But the conversations, support, and commitment to creating strong, respectful teams cannot be confined to just one week. They are part of the work we do every day on our jobsites and in our offices.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the conversations during WIC Week and continues to help build a stronger industry for everyone.

The blizzard of 2026 this past week pummeled Rhode Island with over three feet of snow in some areas, creating a nostalgic moment for Senior Project Manager Mark Jaquith. In 1978, Mark was a senior at Pilgrim High School in Warwick, RI, and experienced the historic blizzard of '78 that halted the state, but for a high school senior, it simply meant a full week off from school! We won’t say this time around is less fun for Mark, but back at Pilgrim for another bilzzard, he is now focused on navigating logistical challenges of extreme winter weather on an active jobsite.

775 Huntington Avenue in Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood is set to introduce a 13-story, cast-in-place residential building delivering 112 new homes.

The development brings together income-restricted and market-rate residences, along with underground parking and shared amenity spaces designed to support day-to-day community living. By offering both affordable rental and homeownership opportunities, the project responds to a range of housing needs while contributing to the neighborhood’s vitality.

Once complete, 775 Huntington will add needed housing while thoughtfully filling a long-standing gap in the Mission Hill streetscape.
