Centreville Bank Stadium serves as the home field for the Rhode Island Football Club (RIFC), a United Soccer League (USL) Championship expansion team. The stadium features multiple food and beverage concessions, public restrooms, retail spaces, locker rooms, and office facilities. It also includes a synthetic turf all-weather field with athletic lighting systems.

The project scope encompassed comprehensive utility infrastructure, including storm drainage, sanitary sewer, domestic and fire water distribution, electrical and low voltage systems, and surface parking south of the stadium with supporting infrastructure. Public plazas and gathering areas provide additional community space.
