The Dimeo team worked closely with us through preconstruction, navigated running these deals during COVID, and work closely with the ownership, design and technical team to bring this project in on time and on budget. Like all projects, having a well-coordinated set of plans and specifications that the Dimeo team was involved with and clear agreement in the construction contract helped the overall success of the project.
