Christopher Doepper

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Chris oversees all aspects of Dimeo’s construction operations, including preconstruction, estimating, purchasing, project administration, contract management, and safety compliance. He works closely with project executives to guide project delivery and serves as a key liaison to clients and consultants, ensuring alignment on goals and performance across all initiatives. Chris also serves as principal-in-charge on select projects, providing leadership and strategic oversight from planning through completion.

Bradford Dimeo

Brad represents the third generation of his family to lead the firm’s construction interests. Appointed president of the organization in the mid-90s, Brad’s leadership, innovative style, and commitment to client service over the succeeding decades resulted in significant growth and recognition of the organization as one of New England’s leading builders. Today, as chairman of Dimeo Construction Company, Brad continues to provide stewardship to the organization and the next generation of project leaders.

Derek Czenczelewski

Derek leads Dimeo’s business development efforts, focusing on cultivating client relationships and expanding the company’s presence across New England. He works closely with project teams and leadership to identify new opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and ensure Dimeo’s continued growth in key markets.

Lori Corsi

Lori is responsible for the corporate insurance program, claim/loss control, human resource management, training, and management of the administrative staff. She also supports the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) with financial aspects of the organization. Prior to joining Dimeo, Lori worked for Grinnell Fire Protection and American Universal Insurance Co. Lori is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. Degree in Accounting.

Chrissy Clark

As Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Chrissy oversees corporate compliance programs related to workforce and contract regulations across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. She supports Project Managers by providing accurate and timely tracking and reporting to state agencies and project owners.

Damien Carnini

Damien leads the retention, training, and development of operations personnel, overseeing programs that support career growth, succession planning, and apprenticeship initiatives. He drives innovation across operational processes and project workflows, introducing new technologies and efficiencies while ensuring teams are trained to leverage them effectively. Damien guides onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, helping project teams build skills and advance their careers through structured training, career pathing, and performance evaluations.

Ryan Broadbin

Ryan directs overall project performance throughout the preconstruction and construction phases. He participates in key project team meetings and collaborates with the Owner to review project status. During the design phase, he supports planning, phasing, and logistics, cost estimating, value engineering analysis, and procurement. Throughout the construction process, Ryan works closely with the project team to resolve specific issues and monitor the overall project performance.

Sara Bollwage

Sara oversees the company’s internal and external communications, shaping content that reflects Dimeo’s culture, values, and long-term strategic goals. She manages brand messaging across digital platforms, social media, and print materials, ensuring clarity and consistency in how the organization presents its work and people. Sara collaborates with project teams, leadership, and corporate departments to develop meaningful content, support company-wide initiatives, and strengthen engagement across audiences.

Jimmy Bendokas

Jimmy oversees overall project performance throughout the preconstruction and construction phases. He participates in key project team meetings and collaborates with the client to review project status. In the design phase, he supports planning, phasing, and logistics, cost estimating, value engineering analysis, and procurement. Throughout the construction process, Jimmy works closely with the project team to resolve specific issues and monitor the overall project performance.

Mark Bangs

Mark manages logistical planning and phasing throughout the life cycle of each project, utilizing 2D drawings as well as 3D and 4D models. He brings extensive expertise in construction, logistics, design, and modeling, and is proficient in AEC software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Synchro 4D, Navisworks, and Adobe CS6 Premium Suite. Mark also leads Dimeo’s Drone Division, supporting projects with phased topography data, aerial photography, inspection imaging, and videography.
