As Vice President of Purchasing, Luke oversees the development and management of subcontractors across all phases of procurement. His responsibilities include strategic sourcing, category management, cost analysis, and contract coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and partners. Luke ensures that all goods and services are delivered efficiently and at the best possible value. With a background that spans from hands-on carpentry to operations leadership and ownership of his own construction company, he brings a well-rounded understanding of the industry to his role.

Kevin Ferreira

Kevin oversees the performance of Dimeo’s projects from preconstruction through completion. He plays an active role in project planning and execution, collaborating with clients and project teams to review progress and ensure alignment on goals. During the design phase, Kevin provides input on planning, phasing, logistics, cost estimating, value analysis, and procurement. Throughout the construction process, he works closely with the team to address challenges, maintain efficiency, and ensure that each project meets Dimeo’s standards for quality and performance.
