Stephen Rutledge

Stephen leads the day-to-day operations of the organization, focusing on risk assessment, operational effectiveness, quality, human resources, and client relations. He has directed major projects for clients including Amica Insurance, Yale University, Factory Mutual Global, Harvard University, and Citizens Bank. Stephen holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Utica College of Syracuse University.

Frank Reynolds

As Vice President of Strategic Pursuits, Frank leads the preconstruction team, coordinating all phases of pricing and estimating. He oversees the preparation of detailed estimates at each stage of the design process, collaborates with design teams to clarify questions, and ensures all work is completed accurately, promptly, and in compliance with owner requirements. Frank has over 30 years of experience in estimating and the construction field.

Douglas Peckham

Doug oversees project performance from preconstruction through construction, attending key team meetings and collaborating with clients to review project status. He guides the design phase, including planning, logistics, cost estimating, value engineering, and procurement, and works closely with project teams to resolve issues and ensure projects meet standards. Doug also leads the company’s intern recruitment program. Advancing through roles from Field Engineer to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive, he now serves as Senior Vice President of Operations.

Daniel O’Connell

As Vice President of Estimating, Dan leads Dimeo’s preconstruction team through all phases of pricing and cost analysis. With 20 years of experience in estimating and construction, he oversees the preparation of detailed estimates at each stage of the design process, coordinates with design teams to clarify questions, and ensures that all work is completed accurately, promptly, and in alignment with owner requirements.

Raymond Martin

In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Ray Martin brings over 15 years of experience implementing and managing leading-edge technologies, including hybrid systems, cloud computing, laser scanning, AI, machine learning, and analytics. He has a deep passion for goal setting, problem-solving, and achieving measurable, tangible results. Ray holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Quinnipiac University.

Jenna Marks

Jenna identifies and pursues strategic construction opportunities that align with the organization’s growth goals. She builds and nurtures relationships with clients, owners, architects, and project managers, providing insights that position the organization effectively in the marketplace. Jenna supports pursuit teams through proposal preparation, presentations, and interviews, while tracking opportunities and leveraging CRM tools to guide pursuit strategy. She mentors associates on client relations and contributes to community engagement and organizational initiatives.

Krista LaScola

Krista oversees daily accounting activities and project financial management, including audits, budget reconciliations, cash management, and reporting. She supports project teams with monthly operations reporting, cost control, and subcontractor payments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency across large project assignments. Krista also works with Cost Control Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Managers to enhance skills and processes, while fostering relationships with purchasing and subcontractor teams to strengthen community engagement.

Bob Kunz

As Safety Director, Bob leads Dimeo’s safety program, recognized as one of the top programs in the United States. He manages a team of safety professionals responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing project-specific safety plans and procedures. Bob oversees subcontractor orientations, evaluates subcontractor safety programs, coordinates mandatory on-site training, and conducts health surveys for all project participants, ensuring that every aspect of the safety program meets Dimeo’s high standards.

Craig Johnson

Craig directs overall project performance throughout the preconstruction and construction phases. He attends key project team meetings and interfaces with the Owner to review overall project status. In the design phase, he assists with planning, phasing, logistics, cost estimating, value engineering, and procurement. Throughout the construction process, Craig works closely with the project team to resolve project-specific issues and monitor overall performance.

Lara Hayes

Lara manages RFQ and RFP responses from intake through final submission, coordinating technical and narrative input across estimating, operations, safety, and marketing. She brings clarity and structure to each submission, shaping content that effectively highlights the team’s expertise and experience. Lara also maintains the firm’s library of resumes, case studies, and compliance documents to ensure proposals are organized, current, and client-focused.
