The facility consists of an indoor practice field, fitness area, locker facility, meeting rooms, training/sports medicine facility and clinic, academic resources areas, audio visual and public areas.
The indoor practice field contains artificial turf and is partially illuminated by natural light. The 18,000 sf strength and conditioning area includes a mezzanine with a five-lane indoor track, and the 4,250 sf locker facility provides space for athletes and coaches. The exteriors consist of brick, metal siding, standing seam metal roofing, and curtain wall. Extensive utility and site improvement relocations had to be performed before work on the building could commence.
