Phase 3 of the Orient Heights redevelopment advances a long-term revitalization effort centered on community renewal and high-quality housing. Designed by ICON Architecture, the project replaced outdated apartment buildings and a community facility with three new townhouse-style residences and included the full renovation of seven existing rowhouses.

This phase delivered 123 modern apartments along with comprehensive site work and landscaping that enhance livability, accessibility, and the neighborhood’s overall character.
