The Amp at Flat 9 is the third and final phase of the multi-phase redevelopment of the former Whittier Street Apartments in the Roxbury neighborhood. The 12-story, mixed-income residential building includes 172 apartments, approximately 9,000 square feet of commercial space, resident amenities, roof decks, and landscaped outdoor areas.
The project integrates new housing, retail, open space, and pedestrian connections into the surrounding neighborhood, completing a broader transformation that delivers 472 affordable and mixed-income homes across the redevelopment.
