Dimeo Construction Company was recently awarded the Orient Heights Phase 3 project in East Boston, Massachusetts. Designed by ICON Architecture, this residential project began in spring of 2021 and including the demolition of three existing apartment buildings and 1 community building. The new construction will be of three new townhouse apartment buildings and renovations will be made to seven rowhouse buildings. A total of 123 new apartments will be provided as well as complete sitework and landscaping.
