Dimeo Construction Company was recently awarded the Vertex Expansion project in Providence, Rhode Island. The project is a two part project. The first is to create a new 13,500 sf of new Clinical Manufacturing clean space for cell and gene therapy, including architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure upgrades. The second part is an occupied renovation of the existing 4,400 sf of research and development space. The project is anticipated to complete in the fall of 2022.
