The 95,000 sf National Elevator Industry Educational Program (NEIEP) project in Warwick, RI was completed in the Spring of 2021. The complete gut renovation project was designed by Edward Rowse Architects.
The new facility is comprised of educational space, tool shop, office space as well as a rental space for the local Elevator Union branch. Scope of work included all new MEP’s, new electrical service, new entrance to the building and metal panels on the exterior of the building with an entire new roof assembly with EPDM insulated roofing system.
