The Dimeo team completed the new Garrahy Courthouse Parking Garage, situated in downtown Providence, directly adjacent to the Garrahy Courthouse. This 417,000sf parking garage, designed by Walker Parking Consultants, has one level of parking below ground level for the judges, and 6 stories above ground for court personnel as well as public parking. There is also roughly 5,000 sf of mercantile space on the ground floor along Richmond Street.
The 200,000 sf judicial complex was originally built by Dimeo and completed in 1981.
