Dimeo completed the John J. Bowen Center for Science and Innovation for Johnson & Wales University. The building is one of the first to be developed in the ongoing I-195 relocation project that the city and state are undertaking in Providence. The building, approximately 73,000 GSF and three (3) stories in height, consists of technology, engineering, and sciences teaching facilities. It also includes a presentation space, faculty offices, all combining to create a collaborative and interdisciplinary learning environment. The building was designed to be LEED-Certified.
