FM Global, a FORTUNE 1000 company and one of the world’s largest commercial property insurers, commissioned Dimeo Construction Company to manage the construction of their new corporate offices. The new building makes more efficient use of space than the former headquarters, and allows for future growth. The four-story corporate offices accommodate up to 1,100 employees and include structured parking for 900 vehicles and a data center. Dimeo also performed related site improvements, which included a main entrance canopy, and two parking areas.
The building achieved LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
