Dimeo Construction

The City of Providence selected the design/build team of Dimeo-Maguire to plan and construct a new elementary school. The school houses eight kindergarten and eight first grade classrooms, one pre-K special education classroom, a cafeteria/multipurpose room, administrative offices, a nurse's office, a guidance office, and a room for MDT testing. The structure was constructed of CMU and joists with metal deck construction. The first floor is 29,000 sf and the second is 5,000 sf. Standard finishes were used on the interior while the exterior is faced with split-faced block and EIFS soffit.
