Dimeo Construction

Dimeo has enjoyed a long-term relationship working on many projects for Hasbro. This project involved the restoration and conversion of a 400,000 sf historic mill building from the early 1900's into an imaginative corporate headquarters for one of the world's largest toy manufacturers. The multi-phased, renovation commenced in 1986 and was completed in 1995. The project required a complete gutting and retrofitting of the building while remaining occupied throughout the work. The object of this renovation was to maintain the character of the old mill structure while creating new modern office space. Detailed coordination of the new electrical, mechanical & structural systems was necessary to accommodate ongoing client operation needs and ongoing renovation work.
